If we are fully booked don't worry because we are in touch with other owners in the locality who may be able to help - however there are only a few properties with a sea view as holiday lets.
Bedlinen and towels are included as are all utility bills including uk geographic phone calls.
No pets and no smoking please,
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 25% deposit, the balance is payable in full within 2 months of the holiday start date.
A returnable damage deposit of £100 will be added to all bookings except short breaks (£50).
Provisional bookings may be held for up to 7 days.
Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. As cheques are being phased out we also accept Bank Transfers.
We do not charge a booking fee (credit card fee only 1%)
